INNOVAE Business School is a 100% Open, Online & Free educational institution officially registered in Estonia, European Union.
All educational content available through OpenCampus — including Bachelor’s Programs, Master’s Programs, MBA Programs, Doctorate Programs, and Executive Programs — is accessible free of charge to all users without tuition fees, enrollment deadlines, or geographic restrictions.
Students who wish to pursue official academic certification must complete the registration process and pay the applicable one-time Academic Registration Fee before beginning their studies as enrolled students.
Registration opens the student’s official academic file and initiates the formal academic tracking and credentialing process.
3. Academic Registration Fees & Certification
Access to all educational content through OpenCampus is permanently free and does not require registration.
For students seeking official academic certification, the following one-time Academic Registration Fees apply:
Bachelor’s Degree (Two-Year Program) → USD 300
Master’s Degree (One-Year Program) → USD 500
MBA — Master of Business Administration (One-Year Program) → USD 1,250
Executive Diploma (Four-Month Program) → USD 180
Doctorate Program (Three-Year Program) → USD 2,500
All fees are one-time, transparent, and non-recurring. INNOVAE Business School does not charge monthly tuition fees, annual fees, or hidden costs.
Academic Registration Fees cover academic file creation, academic evaluation, progress tracking, recordkeeping, and the issuance of official diplomas or certifications upon successful program completion.
All fees are non-refundable once the academic registration process has been completed and the academic file has been opened, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws of the European Union.
4. Eligibility
Our educational services are available to individuals worldwide regardless of nationality, geographic location, educational background, or professional experience.
There are no entry requirements for accessing OpenCampus as a free learner.
For official registration as an enrolled student, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian if required in your jurisdiction.
You also confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
5. User Responsibilities
By accessing and using INNOVAE Business School’s services, you agree to:
Use OpenCampus and all associated services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Refrain from plagiarism, academic dishonesty, fraudulent activity, or misuse of academic credentials.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, educational content, frameworks, methodologies, texts, graphics, videos, assessments, and resources available through INNOVAE Business School and OpenCampus are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
All content is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial educational use unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, resold, sublicensed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from INNOVAE Business School OÜ.
The Entrepreneurial Business Architecture methodology and related intellectual property developed by INNOVAE Business School remain proprietary intellectual property protected under applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
INNOVAE Business School provides educational services on an “as is” basis.

Our total liability for any claim related to the use of our services shall not exceed the Academic Registration Fee paid by the user, if any.
